- All our products are designed for domestic use and must be used in accordance with the instructions provided.

- All products are subject to availability.
- In case of unavailability after validation of your order, we will inform you promptly and propose a solution: refund, replacement or wait for a restocking.
2.3 Ordering

- Your order is validated once we have received your payment and sent you a confirmation email.

- Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to local taxes and customs duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns and Refunds
5.1. Right of withdrawal
- You have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return your products, without having to justify your reasons.
- Returned products must be unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
5.2 Exceptions
- Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned, except in the case of a proven defect.
5.3. Return process
- Contact our customer service department at help@lingua-loom.com for return instructions. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.
5.4. Refunds
- Once the return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 working days. The refund will be made via the original payment method.
