Delivery

Our delivery times are generally 7 to 10 days. However, during busy periods such as Christmas or Black Friday, these times may be extended. During these periods, orders can take up to 15 days to be delivered.

Once your order has been finalized on our site, preparation and dispatch take an average of 24 to 48 hours. However, during busy periods such as Christmas or Black Friday, these times may be extended. During these periods, packages can take up to 7 days to be dispatched.

Most of our parcels are sent via Quivo. However, depending on delivery times, we may use other carriers to offer you faster delivery.

Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded from order preparation and delivery times.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may sometimes be able to change your delivery address. However, we cannot guarantee a change of address if your request was sent more than 5 minutes after your order was finalized.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number. If you haven’t received it within 7 days of placing your order, please check your spam folder. If you can’t find your shipping confirmation email, please contact us here.

Feedback and discussion

To return or exchange an item, it must be in its original condition with its packaging and labels intact. The item must be new and unused.

In the case of a return, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. In the case of an exchange, the buyer is also responsible for the cost of returning the item, as well as the cost of delivery of the new item.

To request a return or exchange, first check that you meet the necessary conditions, then contact us here to submit your request.

Once your return or exchange request has been approved by our team, you will receive return instructions by email.

Refunds

To obtain a refund, you must meet the same conditions as for a return. You can consult these conditions above. Please note that if you have received a faulty item, it will be replaced rather than refunded. Promotional items are not refundable.

Discounted or promotional items, or orders placed with a coupon code, are non-refundable.

Once your refund request has been approved, the refund will be processed within 7 days. After that, it can take up to 15 days to appear on your bank statement, with an average delay of 2 to 5 days.

Parcel tracking

To obtain your tracking number, please consult your shipping confirmation email.

In some cases, your tracking number may take up to 5 days to be activated by the carrier. It is possible that the tracking number will only be activated at the time of delivery.

If your parcel tracking shows that it has been delivered but that you have not received it, please go to your nearest post office, where the parcel has probably been deposited. We also recommend checking with your neighbors to see if they have received your parcel. If none of these options work, contact the post office by telephone to obtain more information about your parcel.
