2. Processing times
- Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery times
Delivery times depend on your location:
- Europe: 3 to 7 working days.
- United States: 5 to 10 working days.
- Australia: 7 to 14 working days.
- Other regions: 10 to 20 working days.
Please note that delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs delays or weather conditions.
4. Order tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing :

5. Customs and taxes

6. Undelivered or lost products

7. Products Damaged During Delivery
If a product arrives damaged :
- Send us an email to help@lingua-loom.com within 48 hours of receipt, with photos showing the damaged product and packaging.
- Once the claim has been validated, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
8. Changes or cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled or changed prior to dispatch.
- Once the package has been dispatched, it will no longer be possible to cancel or modify the order.
